Our Commitment

All staff, clinicians, contractors, and affiliates of Roots Healing are expected to:

• Act with honesty, dignity, and respect toward patients, families, and colleagues.
• Adhere to all applicable Pakistani healthcare regulations, including patient confidentiality laws, anti-discrimination policies, and medical ethics codes.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ensure patient safety, privacy, and dignity at all times.
• Avoid any action that could be considered improper, unethical, illegal, or against professional medical standards.

Duty to Report

Every member of Roots Healing’s staff has a responsibility to report:

• Any unethical or unlawful activity,
• Misuse of patient information,
• Financial misconduct,
• Harassment, abuse, or neglect, or
• Any violation of our Code of Conduct.

Reports may be made to our Compliance Officer in confidence. Retaliation against individuals who raise good-faith concerns is strictly prohibited.

• Provide staff with resources and training on ethical practices.
• Support accountability and transparency in all operations.
